Retail Portfolio Expands with Addition of Loyal Plaza

In November 2018, PAG completed the acquisition of Loyal Plaza, located in Williamsport, Pa.

With 293,607 square feet of retail space situated on 15 acres, the shopping center boasts a 96 percent occupancy rate.

Loyal Plaza is anchored by GIANT Food Stores and Kmart. Its other retailers include Dollar Tree, Verizon Wireless, Staples, Great Clips, BB&T Bank, Rite Aid and Red Lobster, among others. Williamsport is the economic center of Lycoming County.
